Having produced over 35 single releases in 5 years, Kill The Lights wanted to combine the best of their catalogue as a digitally distributed compilation alongside a DJ mix from Katy Rutkovski.
I was asked to work on the album project by creating the visual aspects of the product and then seeing to the promotional campaign after release. I chose to run with a pack-shot using one of Katy’s press-photographs. Having compiled the finished product and delivered it to stores, I promoted the album with a Facebook campaign; sharing links to preview and buy across many genre-specific fan-groups and pages. I also compiled some of the most popular tracks taken from the album into a short promo-spot for YouTube, giving listeners a preview of the content included.
